01.11.11   We've completed a brand new site for the Faithful Neighbourhoods Centre, we've set up a new site specifically for our book publishing work, (like Albert the Forgetful Angel), we've produced a jewellery brochure for Plus Gold involving our photography services, we've won a pitch to design and print a hymn book for a large church in London, we've printed some material for the All Saints Community Development Company and we've designed more material for the Student Christian Movement.
     
01.10.11   We're working on a new site for dovetail greenhouses, a brand new site for the Faithful Neighbourhoods Centre, we've completed a newsletter and are working on a new brochure for the Radis Group, we've published a delightful new children's book called Albert the Forgetful Angel (you can buy it from Amazon, and there's more details on our sister site morsebrownpublishing.co.uk, we've published a book 'Life's not always easy' by Gordon Kuhrt, we've finished our first issue of the SCM magazine 'Movement', we've designed a new brand for the Jubilee Churches Festival, and lots more.
     
01.02.11   Recent and current work includes the nearly completed Wordpress-based website for Birmingham Churches Together, three sizeable booklets for Cambridge University (the link show's our branding for last year's Alumni Weekend brochure), a new website for a luxury development in St Lucia, a large map project for Oxford Diocese, new branding for a property investment company and continuing work on the how2crafts brand.

We've started offering search engine optimisation services to our clients - first client is athomefitness.co.uk So far they've gone from page 10 on 2 search terms to page 1. If you'd like us to help you get on to page one, do give us a call. We've just finished a new prayer calendar for Birmingham Diocese, we're working on a new 2011 lighting catalogue for Orlight, a map project for Oxford Diocese, and a new edition of Nexus for Warwick Business School. And a book we designed and laid out for Church House Publishing has now gone on sale online. The craft books we designed for how2crafts are also selling well online, particularly the soap making book.

     
01.09.10   We're working on a new identity for the Cotswold Churches Festival 2011 for Oxford Diocese, an identity and various items of print for churches on the route of the Birmingham Half Marathon, a new issue of IRRU Briefing magazine (Industrial Relations Research Unit) (PDF) if you must know). We're also about to start a second annual report for Sandwell Council of Voluntary Organisations. And we've just finished an HTML email mailout for the Best Group, our 7th pocket prayer diary and our 2nd Transform magazine for Birmingham Diocese.
     
01.09.10   We're coming to the end of illustrations for an innovative heads-up mapping system for Associated Architects, we've started work on a new site for Birmingham Churches Together and we've been working on an end of course brochure for Oxford University's Saïd Business School. More work with Warwick Business School coming up, as well as PR work for How2crafts, the new craft publishing venture. We'll also be starting brainstorming for a new logo for churches involved i the Birmingham Half Marathon shortly.
     
09.06.10   So busy there's been no time to talk about what we've been doing... We've just about finished an alumni handbook for Cambridge University, the Orlight lighting catalogue is finished, we're working on 3D building renditions for Associated Architects, we've won the tender to redesign the Birmingham Churches Together CMS website and we're working on our next issue of Nexus for Warwick Business School. We've also been working on a number of glossy brochures for the Best Group. The College of Health Care Chaplains is almost finished and we're also redeveloping the website of Freax, the adventure activities and team building organisation.
     
30.03.10   Work, work, work - we've never been so busy. An alumni weekend programme and an alumni worldwide brochure, both for Cambridge University; continuing with the Orlight lighting catalogue; concepts for a new magazine for Birmingham Diocese, a rebrand and brochure for Family Friendly Churches, a rebrand of SCVO and more work for Oxford Diocese.
     
01.02.10   And there's nothing like starting a new year busy too! Work includes a rebrand for the Diocese of Birmingham, continuing with a 240 page catalogue for Orlight, the latest issue of Nexus for Warwick Business School, a new identity for a new venture by Merron Simpson Consulting, four books for how2crafts, and lots more.
     
14.12.09   There's nothing like ending the year busy... With a catalogue to design for Orlight, a magazine to put together for Warwick Business School, a prayer diary for Birmingham Diocese, a new website for the College of Health Care Chaplains, and some initial designs for Cambridge University.
     
26.10.09   We're currently working on an Annual report for Sandwell Council of Voluntary Organisations, a new identity for Sandwell Safeguarding Adults Board, a website for a local felter, and publicity for Warwick Business School's new Enterprise Hub.
     
01.10.09   This month we've rebranded a business spin-off for Sandwell Council of Voluntary Organisations, a brochure for Oxford University's Saïd Business School, a leaflet for Oxford Diocese's Living Faith campaign; we're continuing with the Church of England's Advent website and starting a calendar for the Birmingham Malawi Partnership. And we've published a book on felt making... Nothing if not versatile!

Last month we said we were pitching for the Church of England's Back to Church Sunday campaign 2010... Well, we won! Also working on Birmingham Diocese's 3rd prayer diary, a website for a fitness company, a book on making stitched handbags and lots more.

     
01.08.09   Morse-Brown Design are working with the Church of England to redesign their 2009 advent website. We're also pitching for their Back to Church Sunday campaign for 2010.
     
02.07.09   As you can see from the long gap between this paragraph and the one below, we've been very busy. I'd almost say too busy. We've been designing Moo Cards for a national campaign by the Church of England, Prayer calendars for the Diocese of Birmingham, HTML emails for Saïd Business School, the business magazine Nexus for Warwick Business School and pitching for lots more exciting work which we'll tell you all about shortly.

Morse-Brown Design's work for Sandwell Council has been shortlisted for an award at the NFA Awards 2009 in the Most Innovative Products section.

Presenting to not one but five bishops... We've been asked to design a new brand identity for Oxford Diocese for a five year campaign. And we're rebranding the Diocese as a whole too.

One of our highest profile identity brand jobs to date – Warwick Business School is classed as a Super Brand, so you could say we're working on the sub-brand of a Super Brand...
     
06.10.08   Three new wins for Morse-Brown Design
Morse-Brown Design has won a job from Sandwell Council for their Carer's department – more details soon. And this is on the back of a prospectus from a school in Norwich and a brochure for a large Dubai-based property development company. It's all go...
     
01.09.08   Back to Church Sunday
Our designs for Birmingham's Back to Church Sunday event have started to appear on noticeboards around the city. The website is also up and running, detailing churches taking part in this event.
     
01.08.08   Best Group
We've started work on a new brochure for a housing development in Panama – another job with stunning imagery – designer heaven!
     
10.07.08   Oxford University
Morse-Brown Design has started work on the Oxford Business Alumni handbook for Said Business School, ranked 3rd in the UK and part of Oxford University.
     
27.06.08   Birmingham Cathedral
We've been asked to produce a calendar for the Birmingham Malawi Partnership – our third calendar in three years for the cathedral. Our calendars have consistently proved to be excellent fund-raising tools for the Birmingham Malawi Partnership.
     
13.05.08   Warwick Business School
We're working on a new course brochure for Warwick Business School, and pressing on with our 7th issue of NEXUS, their alumni magazine.
     
25.04.08   Sandwell Supporting People
Morse-Brown Design has won work under competitive tender with Sandwell Council Supporting People, to design a 68 page five year strategy document.

     
25.02.08   Torc of the town
Morse-Brown Design and Penguin Boy have jointly won a content-managed website for the newly built Torc Vocational Centre in Tamworth. Work began in early March.

     
11.02.08   From the West Midlands with Love
Morse-Brown Design’s work has been selected to appear in a targeted advertising campaign run by Media Content Lab. The campaign has also been mentioned in Digital Arts and Fused Magazine.
