How we like to work with our clients
You can sum up what we do quite simply.
We work with you to discover what makes your organisation special, and then find the best way of communicating that message to your specific audience. If you give us a blank piece of paper, we’ll happily work with it. If you’ve already got strict brand guidelines, we’ll work within them.

It goes without saying that in order to find the best way of communicating your message we need to meet with you. You can visit us in our new offices overlooking the beautiful Birmingham skyline, or we’ll come to you.

And communication doesn’t stop after the first meeting. It’s the key to a good working relationship so you’ll get to know our voices well – and us yours.

Starting at the beginning
If you really want to make us happy, try giving us a full brief right at the start. Like what you require, who the audience is and what you’re trying to say. If it’s for print, the estimated size of the piece to be printed and the number of copies would be great too. The more information you can supply, the more accurate our costs and timescales will be.

Of course if you haven’t got a brief, chat to us and we’ll put one together – together.

Before we start we’ll give you a fixed-cost quote which is – fixed. So you know where you stand right from the start.

Designing for the web
Before we even quote for a web project, we like to produce a sitemap – a well thought-out map of how each page relates to all the others and how a visitor gets quickly to where they want to go. That’s because unlike print, the structure of a website is considerably harder to modify after design work has started. It’s not much fun in print either, but for the web it can really ruin your day. On top of that, we’re firmly of the opinion that the best websites begin their lives as well-planned jobs. We’d go as far as to say that a significant proportion of a website job is in the planning.
