ZOOM

If you would like an opportunity to reach out to the children in your parish, then ZOOM is for you. ZOOM is a fun way for children to learn how much God loves them.

For many children in our parishes, this will be the first time they have been able to gather with so many other children, to play, pray, paint, drum, dance, stomp, sing, and worship. All workshops and worship will be led by talented specialists. We want every child in our churches to bring along a friend, with the potential for ongoing contact afterwards.

Each ZOOM event will have capacity for 500 children aged from 5 - 11 and will be from 10 - 4pm. Admission will be by pre-booked ticket only, at a cost of £2 each. This will include refreshments and a gift. Children will need to bring a packed lunch.

On six Saturdays in the Autumn we will be ZOOMing around the diocese. You can join us at one of the following ZOOM stops!

Sept 10th, Plantsbrook School, Sutton Coldfield
Sept 17th, Langley School, Solihull
Sept 24th, Leasowes Community College, Halesowen
Oct 1st, Kings Norton High School, Kings Norton
Oct 8th, King Edwards VI Girls Grammar School, Handsworth
Oct 15th, City Technology College, Kingshurst

Children will need to be accompanied by their nominated children’s leaders with a ratio of 1:8. Leaders must have been checked through parish child protection procedures. For safety reasons, only nominated adults will be allowed access to the event.
